We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NB is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return requirements.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags attached.

Certain items, including final-sale products, may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.
